Apple County Cycles is not a big box bike retailer, who sell you a bike online, deliver it to you by courier in the original box and that’s the end of your relationship. We won’t even sell you a bike if it’s still in the original box as it arrived from the factory as we don't expect you to build and service the bike.

We have partnered with Bike Services UK for our bike delivery service. This is a premium delivery service and although a little more expensive, allows us to fully build and service your bike by our Cytech qualified mechanic and include a signed PDI Cytech checklist, so our bikes are supplied fully built Ready to Ride (except pedals). They are carefully delivered without a bike box, so you don’t need to work out how to dispose of a huge box.

Cost is £70 for an electric bike and £55 for a non-electric bike.

The driver will also do a proper handover and show you how the bike works or charges if electric if required.

We will book the shipping usually on day of order, but please note we have a weekly collection from Bike Services UK where all bikes sold are collected on the same day each week. Once they have been collected from us, they will be in touch with you to arrange delivery. 

We don’t want bikes delivered part assembled in boxes and want our customers to enjoy a properly built bike hassle free.
