I want a bike from a brand you stock but it is not on your website
We can supply any bike from any of the brands we stock subject to UK warehouse availability within 48 hours. We only stock a small range to ensure our shop doesn’t look over crowded with lines of bikes you can’t look at properly.
Can you ship my bike to me?
Yes we can, but bike will be built, serviced & ready to ride and shipped in an oversize box. Please see our delivery options page.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, we are VAT registered and provide customers with a printed VAT invoice.
Can I order by phone?
Yes you can, but we can only deliver in person to the billing address linked to the card used and need to verify the actual card with photographic ID or you can collect in store.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes we offer discounts to Blue Light card holders. 5% on bikes and 10% on parts, accessories and clothing.
Do you do Cycle to Work Schemes?
Yes, we are approved for Cyclescheme, Halfords Cycle2Work Scheme and Enjoy Benefits.
